Losing It.

So..today ended up being a pretty good day. I’ve been getting bored pretty easily though…I’m really not used to being out of school and having complete freedom. Half of me wants to sit around most of the day doing nothing and the other half just feels bad if I do. 
I’m almost done reading Fight Club. I pretty much own every Chuck Palahniuk book…I figured I should get to reading them finally! I also brought his book “Rant.” with me. That’s next on the list. 
I woke up this morning to the smell of amazing pancakes that my aunt made from scratch. They were super delicious. For lunch I made chicken cilantro steamed wantons with veggies and for dinner we made healthy chicken fried rice (as healthy as it gets anyway)
I always love coming to Maryland because my aunt and I cook everyday :) I’ve been stealing some of her recipes to bring back to florida, because my roommate and I are going to do a TON of cooking. It really freaks me out when I check the nutritional value of some of the restaurants I used to go to all the time. Like Fridays…if you get their 3 for 12.99, you are going to eat AT LEAST 3500 calories, and the salt content is insane. I haven’t eaten out for about 10 days (last time being chipotle) and it feels good. I like being able to see what I eat and make everything. 
I did the 30 day shred earlier, as well as couch to 5k/ I’m on Week 2 Day 2, I really love the app on my phone. I’m still going pretty slow so my legs don’t freak out. I’m going to start posting the run images so I am motivated to get out of the house and do them! I’m going to end my night with some yoga and deep breathing. It’s amazing what a 20 minute run will do for the mind. 
Anyway, I’ve off to re-write my 2012 goals…somehow I lost the file I was working on the other day.
